However, we cannot say that this list is always going to be static. With External and Internal changes such as Governmental policies, changes in economic structures, the firms often decrease their salary, because that is one basis for determining the status of a law firm. New law firms are coming up now and then, and that firm may well be on top of the mountain in the next 10-20 years.
