How to enable notification permissions to access Whatsapp chat?

Navigation

  • Left Menu > All Dispatch > WhatsApp Chat

1. Contact Listing

  • This section contains list of borrowers who have replied to WhatsApp messages/notices with their with name, linked WhatsApp number and the loan id.

2. Chat Message panel

  • The panel is used to chat in real time with the borrowers.

3. Contact details

  • All the related contact details of the borrower are available on the right-side panel of the page providing quick access to all the details of the borrower.
