Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Collection Officer to join our collection

team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers, negotiating payment plans, and resolving customer complaints related to EV Commercial Vehicle and Passenger Auto Loans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding debts from customers, ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers, ensuring that all agreements are documented and approved.

• Build rapport with customers to understand their financial situation and provide solutions to

help them pay their debts.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Conduct field visits to customers’ premises to collect debts, negotiate payment plans, and

resolve customer complaints.

• Ensure that all field visits are conducted in a professional and safe manner.

• Process payments from customers, ensuring that all payments are accurately recorded and

updated in our system.

• Reconcile payments and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved promptly.

• Prepare and submit regular reports to the regional collection manager on collection

performance, trends, and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in collections, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry.

• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and resolving customer complaints.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
